Garonga Safari Camp is a fashionably exclusive tented camp in the greater Makalali Conservancy in Limpopo, west of the Kruger National Park. This unpretentious sanctuary promises a truly intimate wilderness encounter – somewhere to unwind, sleep deeply and be yourself.
Six en-suite tents are situated above a dry riverbed, each with a deck commanding spectacular views. Spacious rooms with large, draped beds and fine linens have earthy colours and clean lines that blend seamlessly with the surroundings. In addition to indoor showers, the tents also offer the luxury of private showers under the enormous sky.
A safari for the soul, with drives, walks, sleep-outs, bush-baths, and aromatherapy and reflexology there for the taking. Whether it’s an afternoon spent in the hammock with impala grazing nearby, or a walk amongst the animals that enhances the enjoyment, you do as much or as little as you please. Exclusive-use Little Garonga adheres to the same philosophy. |
